🌍 Delivery Coverage

We currently ship all across India and selected international regions. All products are packed with care from our workshop to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.

⏱️ Processing Time

Each KARUVEDA frame is handcrafted with care. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after placement. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking details.

🚚 Delivery Time

• India: 4–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance and destination)

Note: Rural areas may experience a slightly longer delivery window.

📦 Packaging

Every order is securely packed in our signature KARUVEDA black box, wrapped in a protective muslin cloth, and blessed before dispatch — ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition and full of calm energy.

💬 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email and WhatsApp. You can monitor your order’s journey anytime using the provided tracking link.

⚠️ Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural events, or courier issues. KARUVEDA is not liable for delays once a parcel leaves our facility, but our team will support you through every step until your order is delivered.

Custom-made frames or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared personally at the time of order confirmation.
