Our Promise
Each KARUVEDA frame is handcrafted from sacred Karungali wood with deep care and attention. We stand by the quality and purity of every product we create. However, since our products are handmade and spiritually cleansed before dispatch, we follow a limited return and refund policy designed to maintain this integrity.
🛍️ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

The product arrives damaged or defective.

You receive the wrong item.

The product is missing key components listed at purchase.
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with:

A photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item, and
-
The original packaging for verification.
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
💸 Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

In some cases, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handcrafted spiritual décor, the following are non-returnable:

Items damaged due to mishandling or water exposure after delivery.

Custom-made or personalized frames.

Products purchased during promotional sales.
